Tsubame Life Log Notebook

Tsubame Life Log Notebook

Inspired by diaries from the Showa era, the Tsubame Life-Log Notebook is a modern take on everyday life logging. Its compact semi-B6 size and landscape orientation make it easy to keep on your desk and write in comfortably. Each page includes prompts for the date, day of the week, weather, sleep, temperature, physical condition, mood, meals, highlights, and a free-entry space, giving you an easy starting point while leaving room to create your own format.

With two days per page and 64 pages, one notebook provides space for 128 days of entriesabout four months of daily logging. The flexible format can also be adapted for event logs, book or movie reviews, recipes, fan activities, and more. It uses Tsubame’s OK Fools Paper for a smooth writing experience, while thread binding provides a durable finish.
